We are in a time when our country does not tolerate more political gossips, more setbacks or government officers arguing  in Congress. Serious people are needed, without any distinction of political banners, educated and hardworking professionals, who bring something home, not to take it out. Many years have passed ever since oil was discovered in Venezuela and instead of using our wealth to develop the country in other areas; we have fallen into  absolute dependency on it. Failure is not a sin when not having the capacity to do something at certain point in life, it is completely natural to make use of a foreign hand to teach us how to do it, until we have learned the job. Nature has given us a gifted country enriched with natural resources to pay both, the construction of factories as well as the hand and mind of the masters, let’s use our oil as the ability to achieve this goal and to open new fields. Venezuela has been accustomed to import everything in spite of having everything in their own backyard, possessing all the raw materials to manufacture its own brilliant future. For decades we have become the buyers of foreign products made out from our own natural resources, instead of learning ourselves  by building our own  factories and industries as some Asian countries have done and  they are today  industrialized countries. Oil will not last forever, so we have to think seriously about opening new forms of economy by the time our oil ends, or whenever  technology replace it.
The other resources we have will not sustain a country placed dangerously in debt, and with a population of almost thirty million people.   So let’s think just for a moment...

What are we going to do when the last drop of oil is drained?

MOTHER PROJECT

ENTERPRISING PROJECT THAT IF CARRIED OUT IT WOULD CHANGE THE COUNTRY’S FATE.

PLEASE FEEL FREE   TO SEND  A  LETTER AND TELL US WHAT DO  YOU  THINK  ABOUT  THIS  RECYCLING PLANT PROJECT FOR VENEZUELA.  IF YOU ARE A FELLOW VENEZUELAN LIVING ABROAD PLEASE  TELL  US WHAT IS YOUR  PERCEPTION  OF  THIS  PLAN  AND  THE  BENEFITS  IT  COULD  BRING  TO  OUR  COUNTRY

This Mother Project "Waste" took in its research a length of time close to eight months to completion, at the research we deeply studied the chemical compositions of many materials, especially polymers and its chemical transformations, ferrous and nonferrous metals, pulp and paper fibers, silicates and other petrogenic elements, laws governing the use and classification of waste containers and safety features, international laws governing the use and destruction of toxic remnants and public waste, including the Stockholm Convention on persistent organic pollutants, we made explorations in the paper fibers’ manufacturing process  and their chemical composition, metallurgical studies, engineering, investigations of poisonous wastes and legislation governing remnants qualified as (RAEE) or (AEE). Global statistics of recycling materials were reviewed and their huge profits given its abundance origin without financial charge. Laws that would guarantee the free development of recycling and acquisition of full benefits were sought, architectural and industrial engineering based on lands, sites and structures for the re-use of materials. Studies of biological process relating to composting and vermicomposting, management, production, sale and marketing of products belonging to the state, recruitment and selection of professional, technical, administrative and sales traveling personnel, future calculations on the full benefits caused by the introduction of recycling as a new option in the country. The photographs appeared in the project are not registered and have been used as illustrations in the development of this plan. Copyright and property were recorded in the Library of Congress in Washington DC. In 2014 and are protected worldwide.

If Venezuela does not pay attention to this project, other countries are welcomed to use it, as well as any other “Mother Project” Nelson Mota © (Copyright 2014).Proyecto Madre (2014)
